SUMMER THERAPY OPTIONS

"ETA provides two to three times as much private therapy at roughly the same cost.  (For example, one local non-accredited program charges $75 for 30 minutes, and another NARHA member charges $80 for 30 minutes.)  Our 30 minute private Pre-Riding or Pre-Driving lessons, in a series of eight, are equally cost-effective: $55 for 30 minutes.  Scholarships reduce the price even more!"

Pre or Post-Season
One 1.5 hr. lesson per week, pre-paid in advance for those who wish to get a head start, more private instruction, and/or a trial: $85 per lesson.

Regular Therapy Schedule
Two 1.5 hr. lessons each week, pre-paid in advance for a 12 lesson session from the weeks of July 1 through mid-August, with two make-ups allowed during that period to accommodate family schedules: $1,020 for 12 lessons. Most children ride for 3 weeks, break for a vacation week, and then ride for 3 more weeks. Each family chooses its own schedule between July 1 through mid-August.

Enhanced Therapy
Four 1.5 hr. lessons per week, pre-paid in advance for a 24-session schedule from the weeks of July 1 through mid-August, with four make-ups allowed during that period to accommodate family schedules: $2,000 (discount applies.) Again, each family chooses its own schedule during the eight week summer session for their 24 lessons.

Intensive Therapy
Six 1.5 hr. lessons per week, pre-paid in advance for 36 lessons from the weeks of July 1-mid-August: $3,000 [discount applies]. This option offers the greatest opportunity for substantial progress, with a one-to-one relationship with the student’s other therapists. Six make-ups allowed.

Learn More About Horses
A 10 session lecture series (2 hours a week) covers the history of the horse, stable management, equine health, theory, posture management and more. Designed for parents and volunteers, it is also ideal for students with higher cognitive capabilities. The series begins around July 1, and costs $350 for the entire series or $35 for each session.
